The Tully Health Center serves as Stamford Health’s main hub for outpatient and preventive care, offering patients access to a comprehensive range of services in one convenient setting. Services at the center span imaging, breast health, laboratory and rehabilitation services, behavioral health, and immediate care for non-emergency needs. Patients also have access to specialty consultations and preventive screenings that support long-term wellness. By offering these essential services in one location, the Tully Health Center provides patients with coordinated, high-quality care close to home.

Hours of operation vary by service, with extended evening and weekend availability for select offerings. Patients are encouraged to confirm scheduling when booking an appointment.
