Amr Kronfol

Mr. Kronfol joined Warburg Pincus in 2009. Based in New York, he focuses on investments in health care services and health care IT. Amr has been involved in the firm’s investments in Norstella, Ensemble, Aetion, Global Health Exchange, WebPT, Qualifacts, Modernizing Medicine, SummitHealth-CityMD, Alignment Healthcare, SOC Telemed, Helix, Silk Road Medical, Mercury Gate, GT Nexus, Multiview, and AmRest. He is currently a board director of START, Global Health Exchange, WebPT, Ensemble Health, Qualifacts, Modernizing Medicine, and Helix. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Amr worked in the fixed income division at Merrill Lynch where he structured and traded agency mortgage-backed securities. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Princeton University, and he was a Palmer Scholar at the Wharton School where he earned his Master of Business Administration.
