Mallory Martino

Ms. Mallory Martino is the Chief People Officer at Wella, a global beauty leader with a portfolio of iconic hair, nails, and beauty tech brands. She has responsibility for People, Communications, Sustainability, and Real Estate. Mallory joined Wella in November 2024 and is focused on leading the cultural and organizational shifts required to deliver profitable, sustainable growth.

Mallory has spent her career working with business and HR leadership to define and execute people strategies that drive performance. Prior to joining Wella, Mallory worked at BIC, the global consumer goods company, as the Chief Human Resources, designing and executing an enterprise transformation program to return the company to growth. Prior to that, she worked at McKinsey & Co., serving clients across multiple industries on a range of organizational and people topics. She started her career as a compensation consultant.

Outside of work, Mallory is the incoming Board Chair of Stamford Health, having served on the Board since 2021.

Mallory holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Cornell University's Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University. Mallory currently resides in Stamford with her husband and three children.
