Patient Relations at Stamford Hospital

Contact Patient Relations

We can be reached Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 203.276.2590. On evenings and weekends, dial “0” and ask to speak with a nursing supervisor.
If a patient or patient's family has suggestions, compliments, concerns, or requests regarding anything related to the hospital, we would like to help pursue explanations, get reassurances, or solve the problems.

Following discharge, patients receive a Patient Satisfaction Survey. We welcome a candid evaluation of the hospital stay and experience.

What is the Patient Safety Hotline?

Stamford Health launched a Safety Hotline. This confidential external hotline will accept reports about safety concerns 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Our purpose in implementing this hotline is to provide a way for the entire Stamford Health community to become involved in our safety program.
