A Comprehensive Approach

At the Center for Weight Management at Stamford Health, our goal is to provide personalized support to make your weight-loss journey more manageable. We offer various treatments and a comprehensive approach to weight loss – with both surgical and medical (non-surgical) options. Our Bariatric Surgery Program is accredited by the American College of Surgeons as a quality program; and our Medical (non-surgical) Weight Management Program is one of the most comprehensive in the region.

Obesity can affect your body in a variety of ways (whether it’s high cholesterol, joint pain, or diabetes). That is why our team utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to your weight-loss plan.

We aim to improve your quality of life so we work with a wide range of specialists including nutritionists, wellness experts, and psychologists to provide a treatment plan that fits with your lifestyle.

We are proud to offer ongoing support groups and nutritional counseling at the Tully Health Center, as well as a complimentary guest pass to the Sarner Health & Fitness Institute.
