About Me
A seasoned neurosurgeon, Dr. C. Cory Rosenstein brings over 30 years’ experience to his role at Stamford Health Medical Group. He is an attending neurosurgeon at Stamford Hospital and Greenwich Hospital. He was chief of neurosurgery at Stamford Hospital from 2005 to 2014. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Rosenstein focuses on giving patients the highest quality of care while guaranteeing their participation in managing their own medical condition.
Dr. Rosenstein received his bachelor's degree from Amherst College, followed by his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. He did his internship in general surgery and residency in neurological surgery at University Hospitals of Cleveland. Dr. Rosenstein completed his training as a fellow in microvascular neurosurgical technique at Nagoya University, Japan with world renowned neurovascular surgeon Kenichiro Sugita.
Dr. Rosenstein is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. He integrates his medical expertise with state-of-the-art technology and strives to provide the highest quality of health care. In his spare time, he enjoys participating in athletic activities, traveling, and reading.
