About Me
Dr. David Weinstein, a board-certified OB/GYN, has delivered over 10,000 babies in his career. He specializes in caring for women experiencing high risk pregnancy and providing minimally invasive care for gynecological problems.
After completing his residency, Dr. Weinstein served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Medical Corp for two years. He also previously served as an assistant clinical professor at Cornell Medical Center for 30 years.
Dr. Weinstein chose to practice obstetrics and gynecology because he believes it is the best job in the world and that there is nothing happier than delivering a baby. He believes all doctors should strive for excellence in their careers and that patients always come first. He and the other physicians in his practice are available to patients 24 hours per day.
Dr. Weinstein has repeatedly won awards for his outstanding patient care, including the Castle Connolly “Best Doctors in America” from 2006 to 2017, “America’s Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists,” “Best Doctors in New York Metropolitan Area,” “Best Doctors in Fairfield County” and Marquis’s “Who’s Who” Lifetime Achievement Award in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Weinstein enjoys travelling.
