About Me

George V. Tsimoyianis, M.D., FAAP is board certified in pediatrics and adolescent and young adult medicine. He specializes in caring for the physical and emotional needs of teenagers and young adults up to age 26 in addition to treating children of all ages.

Dr. Tsimoyianis enjoys watching his patients grow up into young adults. He helps guide them and their parents through the physical and emotional developments of childhood and adolescence. After 30 years of practice, he now cares for the children of his former patients. He feels the connections he makes with his patients are valuable for caring for their needs and help make his job even more rewarding.

Dr. Tsimoyianis teaches as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at New York Medical College. He has served as a consultant to the Stamford and Norwalk High Schools’ School Based Health Centers.

Dr. Tsimoyianis has received recognition for his quality care, including being ranked among the Top Doctors in Connecticut in 2016 and 2017 by Castle Connolly. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, gardening and painting.
