About Me

Dr. Gretz is a clinical professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the associate director of the Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship. Dr. Gretz provides specialty care for women with benign and malignant gynecologic conditions requiring surgery. He has been performing robotic surgery since its inception and has completed over 1100 da Vinci robotic procedures between 2006 and 2023. Dr. Gretz has practiced in New York City and the Westchester and Fairfield areas for over 25 years. He has published over 30 manuscripts in the field of gynecologic surgery and oncologic treatment.
