About Me
Dr Gauvin is a double-boarded internist who delivers quality care to her patients. With over 25 years of experience, she builds strong partnerships and long-term relationships with her patients throughout their wellness journey. Her practice is patient centered.
In her previous practice, as a medical director for 17 years, she advocated strongly for the patient-centered medical home with excellent results in chronic disease management and wellness care. She believes that each patient is unique, and she is enthusiastic about creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs for best outcomes.
She establishes herself as her patient’s best advocate: "I love supporting and empowering my patients and I see myself as a strong partner not only in their primary care but in their overall care, working with them to achieve their health care needs and goals."
In addition to being passionate about medicine, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband and loves reading.
