About Me

Dr. Ahmed's passion is providing holistic and individualized care. He saw firsthand the value of preventative medicine when his father suffered from a heart attack at a young age. Since then, he has strived to provide high-quality, compassionate care for a broad and comprehensive range of medical conditions. Dr. Ahmed recognizes the value of an equal partnership between patients and physicians, and hopes to help others achieve a cherished goal: good health.

After completing his undergraduate education at Boston University, Dr. Ahmed excelled in his studies at New York Medical College. He has presented at numerous academic conferences and has published research on theoretical models to find new applications for existing medications. Dr. Ahmed completed his residency at the Zucker School of Medicine, Northwell Health program at Phelps Memorial Hospital, where he provided care to vulnerable populations in a community-based health center. He has since joined the Stamford Health Medical Group in Norwalk.

In his free time, Dr. Ahmed enjoys exploring and experiencing new places and cultures through his travels. He also enjoys cooking and is always looking for new, challenging recipes to tackle.
