About Me

Dr. Carbonaro is a compassionate physician who is committed to providing up-to-date cardiovascular care to his patients. He has been involved in numerous clinical research projects focusing on the use of cardiac computed tomography and has published many peer-reviewed articles.

He earned distinction as a Young Investigator Award Competition Finalist from the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography in 2009, and has received the James J. Leonard Award for excellence in teaching internal medicine.

His clinical interests include the practice of both outpatient and inpatient general cardiology. He resides in Fairfield County with his wife and three children.
