About Me
Tim Hansen graduated with a master's degree in medical science and physician assistant certification from Yale School of Medicine. He has spent his career focused on cardiothoracic surgery and the development of physician assistant roles within this subspecialty. As a PA for over 20 years, he has practiced in large university hospital settings as well as smaller community hospital teams. His experience allowed him to become the leader of a successful team of cardiac surgery PAs who run a 24/7 service at Stamford Health. He prides himself onproviding professional, compassionate patient care.
