About Me

Tzivia Moreen, MD is a geriatrician and primary care physician who believes that quality of life is the priority in providing care for older adults. A major focus of her practice is caring and compassionate communication with the goal of developing therapeutic relationships and engaging patients and families in shared decision making.

With advanced training in the complex medical and psychosocial concerns faced by older adults and their families, Dr. Moreen works closely with other physicians and medical teams to promote quality of life, reduce complications and improve outcomes for the geriatric population.

Along with Dr. Allison Ostroff, she hopes to be instrumental in expanding geriatric care in the Stamford community, providing comprehensive services for older adults in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
