Dr. Carl Mueller is a board-certified psychiatrist who has been in practice for more than 33 years. He earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed his residency at Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Mueller also earned a Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
