At Stamford Health, our Physician Relations team is here to provide support, trust, and efficiency. We build strong, strategic relationships among physicians and the hospital by:
- Providing physician feedback to administration on patient and physician satisfaction, as well as network expansion and service delivery.
- Serving as a communication pathway across specialties while identifying, tracking, and resolving concerns with a “boots on the ground” approach.
- Educating physicians and their office staff on Stamford Health’s prestige programs, services, and partnerships.
- Pursuing business development and physician recruitment opportunities for Stamford Health and its affiliates based upon our mission, vision, and values aligned with Planetree.
- Collaborating with administrative and clinical leadership to ensure operational effectiveness and physician onboarding while planning functions and networking events to promote a healthy culture.
- Working in tandem with Strategy, Analytics and Innovation, Marketing, and Government Affairs Departments to drive targeted volume growth, improve the physician landscape, and cultivate relationships.
